• Computer literate with knowledge in basic applications
• Can work under pressure and less supervision
• Able to monitor and assess one's performance and take corrective action
• Excellent organizational skills
• Team Player
• Previous telemarketing/sales background is an advantage
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and vibrant work environment
• Excellent logical thinking and troubleshooting capability
• Be able to accurately type with adequate proficiency to perform the Support Services
• Must be willing to work in Bacayan, Cebu City
