Looking for Head Pastry Chef for Commercial Kitchen located in San Juan.
- Prepare current dessert menu items, maintaining or enhancing food quality
- Research and development to create new menu items
- Manage inventories, pricing, cost control, quality control
- Supervision and training of staff
- Maintain a clean and orderly commissary and adhere to health and safety standards
- Balance operational and administrative needs
- Food Tech graduate, Culinary graduate, or relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in the same capacity
- Experience in menu research and development, costing, standardization, food presentation, and training
- With excellent organization and leadership skills
- With strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Salary P20,000 to P25,000 depending on experience. Negotiable.
